Of course. I wouldn't give them my food if I was eating it or planned on eating it..is that bad? I don't really like seafood, but I know that fish, particularly salmon, is very good for you, so I try to eat it at least every other week. I'd like to start eating it more often, but I really hate the taste of it. I've tried a dill-mayonnaise sauce that helped to mask the taste, but it's still not likable to me. Does it make a difference buying it whole vs. pre-cut? I usually get it from a local grocery store. Are certain methods of cooking better for hiding that fishy taste (like grilling or baking)? He went to court for a cild support hearing and the judge held him in comtept even though he had papers stating he was approved for SSI. Cat has strong ammonia urine and high lipid level in blood?

I took my cat into the vet because his urine was smelling like ammonia. I decided to go ahead and do blood work and a urinalysis to get everything checked. He can't have vaccines as his body can't handle the antibodies and he gets incredibly sick, but he is inside only. He came from a feral colony and I got him when we was about 4 weeks old. He has some other issues----his lower spine is partially fused and so are his hips so he walks awkwardly and isn't very graceful. He is not in any pain from this it's just like a birth defect thing. Anyway, on to the point. His blood had such a high lipid level that the machine at the clinic couldn't read it and they have to send it off to get processed and see what's going on. They said not to worry, but my cat isn't overweight and even if he were, his lipid level wouldn't be that high unless there was something going on right? Any thoughts as to what could be wrong? I am kind of freaking out waiting for the results and would just like to somewhat prepare myself for what could be wrong.

My son was 4 days old when we had our first "outing". He had to get his blood drawn for a billirubin test (jaundice) and then we went to visit my great-grandma who wasn't able to come up to the hospital. My husband had to work, so my mom went with. I live in the northern part of the US and this was back in January when it is quite cold. He was all bundled up and my mom picked us up at the door. As long as you dress your daughter in appropriate clothing and cover her up if it is raining, she should be fine. Good luck!

Okay, so this may be somewhat long. I first want to say, I truly need honest advice, so please no pointless responses. If you can relate or have been in this situation please share your advice. THANKS! So here goes... I have been with my boyfriend for about 4 months now. The first 2 months were perfect. He seemed to always be nice and we had no problems. Now, I've discovered the "real" him. I'm going to discuss this by saying what hurts me and makes me want out of this relationship. He has a very short temper, I can ask the simplest question, and he will snap on me. I honestly tread on eggshells in constant fear that I will upset him.. Like I wake up scared to call him bc I don't know what mood he will be in. That is the biggest problem, he gets so mad at me for nothing and is just so mean. And when I say I'm unhappy and threaten to end it, he says that that is not what he wants but whatever, just end it. He makes it seem like he doesnt care; however, i know if i walked out, he would care. He also never devotes his time to me, I'm always the one coming to see him and whatnot, he never comes to see me. He focuses mostly on his time and I just seem to fit into his schedule. We do see each other a lot and spend a lot of time together but that is ONLY bc I make it happen. His selfishness with time and his terrible temper are the only things that make me want out. Now to the reason, I don't know if i can end it. When we are getting along, and he's trying to be sweet(aka. The GUY I fell in love with to start with), I'm the happiest girl in the world. He makes me feel like I never have. He shows me the most affection I've ever been shown. I've honestly never had anyone make me any happier. I love him more than I ever thought I could love anyone. the daycare will have to accomodate her in some ways. she should be fine because she is so young... it will most likely be the hardest on you leaving her there. i had to do the same thing, leave my son at a daycare while i worked all day... i hardly got to see him for the first little bit back to work. i cried the first couple times leaving him at daycare in my car on my way to work, and it makes it even more heartbreaking when the baby doesn't want you to leave and you have to leave your crying baby at daycare. but you have to remember that, even though she's crying for you to stay, she will be fine in a few minutes after you leave. they have ways to calm her down, and plenty of toys and everything. she will love it at daycare. you also need to remind yourself why you are doing this. you are going back to work to make a decent living for you and your daughter. it is whats best for your family and its something that, as an adult, you have to do. Also think about what its doing for her being in daycare... she will be socializing with other babies and kids. she will learn skills when it comes to socializing too. she will probably develop a little bit quicker by watching and learning from other children. it is really good for her to spend time with other kids, and also it is good for her to spend time away from you. like i said, it will be hardest on you for the first little bit... but it's something you will get used to, and it is something that is very beneficial for her.

Actually the bigger the rim the lower profile tire and lower springs you put. You dont want to go too low for obvious reasons but those tires you have are pretty grandmaish. If it where me i would have when with 205/40-16 or 205/45-16. Reason: eliminate the rock in the tires. Better Handling. Any real street racer will tell you if your gunna go flashy rims the best way to go is 215/35-17. My sons ex girlfriend showed up at his house bruised and beaten by present boyfriend. My son was 18 and took it into his own hands to "take care" of her abuser. He beat the young man and as further humiliation asked if he had any money, the boy had 20 dollars which he gave to my son. This was first severe offense, only 1 minor marijuana possession was on record. 2nd degree ault and robbery charges were filed and my son received a disposition of "Nolle Prosequi" for the ault charges and suspended 2 year jail sentence for robbery charge. This roberry charge was considered a felony (even though the amount was 20 dollars) and now he is 24 and had a hard time finding a job and rental agents do not want to rent to a "felon". Court record search does not list amount of robbery, just states it is felony under 500. Is there any action that can be taken? I have been asking for 5 years. im in 10th grade and this guy in 9th grade is totally obsessed with me. he waits for me outside the hallways for me and walks behind me and if i walk faster he runs to catch up with me. i never even talked to him before. he knows my name but when he talks to other people about me he calls me misty which is far off from my name. i have a bunch of my friends guys and girls go up to him and tell him to stop following me and i dont like him and he scares me but all he says is "im a schizophrenic!" i even had people threaten him to leave me alone! but he still follows me and waits by my locker. he also tells people im his girlfriend. Is my 2006 Corolla safe to drive for 3-4 months before computer is replaced?

My 2006 Corolla is one that needs the computer replaced. It is shifting VERY harshly. The car is manual and never feels like it is in the right gear. Last night I floored it and it did not accelerate and started to shudder... I had it to the dealership last week, but was told that due to the quake/tsunami, the replacement part will not be in for 3-4 months. I'm understanding of this, but is my car safe to drive for that time period? They tell me it's fine, but I'm not so sure. The ironic thing is, the shifting issue got WORSE after I got the car back from the dealer. I would think they would like to prevent any problems after the brake recall last year...any advice? Emancipation in Colorado?

Well, my problem is that I've been raising myself since my parent's divorce when i was eight. My father sunk into depression after my mother took everything he had and my mother became abusive verbally and neglected me (this includes food, clothing, utilities for school, etc.). Recently, she lost custody of me (so going back to her isn't an option) and now I live with my dad, but he can't really provide anything for me. It isn't that he's poor or in debt or anything along those lines, its just that he doesn't know how to handle paperwork for school, medical, dental or anything along those lines. As he was an immigrant(he has citizenship now), he doesn't know what i need for any of this, and i can't do any of it on my own as i need my guardian to be with me when I do pretty much anything. He also works out of state at least 3 days a week and leaves me alone with my step mother (who doesn't seem to like me very much). My dad has agreed to my emancipation, as he feels it would be best for me, but i don't have a job because of the current job market or a place to stay after my emancipation. What I would like to know is if I can get emancipation as I am now without my mother's permission or not and why?

Would you buy a 2 bath house with one remodeled bath and one that isn't?

We are trying to sell our home. Our main bath on the second floor has just been completely renovated (absolutely gutted and re-done.) We have another full bathroom on the first floor that we haven't been able to touch due to budget. It isn't terrible, but it isn't what I would call updated. I have had many bh contractions before. But today I have had contractions where the top of my stumach goes almost as hard as a table, and I get pain. Was your child's first language one you didn't understand?

I am an English speaker who had my first child in a foreign country. I probably understand less than 50% of the local language and only speak English to my 2 year old daughter. My daughter attends a Danish daycare and hears Danish all around her. My husband is fluent in Danish however speaks mainly English to me and to our daughter. Lately though, he has been speaking more and more Danish to her because she seems to listen and respond more when he does. She seems to understand everything in English and can say a lot of English words, including sentences, however, it is clear that her preferred language is Danish. Her Danish seems far more advanced. I'm wondering about others with similar experiences. Did you feel like you were missing out a little? How long does it take for oil base polyurethane floors to dry?

We bought a house in august and it took two months to renovate the entire house. The hardwood floors were done at the end when it was already October and cold. It has been two months since we moved in and the smell from the polyurethane is still very strong, and when I press my nail onto the floor it makes an imprint of my nail! I have a 2 year old toddler and I am 3 months pregnant and my husband and I are very concern about the smell affecting us. Does anyone know if this smell is dangerous and if it is normal to take this long to dry completely.

A miscarriage and unanswered questions?

Right now I am dealing with a miscarriage. And I feel like I am not going to have the answers I need till my next doctor appointment because she wanted me to get through the miscarriage before we talk about what went wrong. Its not for 3 weeks. And here I am with just my thoughts. Here is the cause of my miscarriage- An embryo that tried to split at 6 weeks into pregnancy. I'd go for a LCD monitor. I nmy opinion, CRT monitors, especially with the Wii, look like their squeezing the picture. The LCDs picture looks better too. Get a component cable also so you can have 480p quality. Hope this helps.

Wanting to become more then best friends?

I've known this girl since 3rd grade and never started seeing her differently until 7th grade. We try to date in 8th grade and it felt right between me and her she felt the same too. We broke it off but we can't be friends because we always develop into something more and its our freshman year and everything was going fine until about 2 weeks ago. I was unsure what to say so I just said I might like her too and I asked her to homecoming and she thought I wasn't serious(I am one of the funny people in my grade) but she said yes so then I asked her if we are going as friends or something more and then she responded "However close you want to get" that is really when my feelings started coming back and right now I am trying to repress them and I don't think I can hold them back because I want to be around her more. Do I have a child abandonment case..?

I have a 3 year old who will be 4 in Nov. Since he was about 6 months old his father nor his father's family has had ANYTHING to do with him. They all have my home, cell, and email. And still nothing. I went after child support about 2 years ago, and the did a DNA and it was confirmed that he was the father. Yet in 2 years I have got probably gotten 400 dollars(the settled amount was 80 a week). So, I meet the most wonderful man, and we have been together going on 3 years and married almost 2. My son calls him daddy and know NO different. And he really wants to adopt my son. My sons "donor" I will call him also has a IV drug habit...horrible one, and 3 domestic violence charges(one before me, one from me, and once recently), and a hand full of other charges. He will do any drug he can get his hands on, from Meth, to ANY pills, Pot, and if all else fails he will drink himself stupid. He violated one of his 3 probation in 3 different counties, and is currently serving a 1 year stint in Rehab(which somehow his family manged to get the courts to let him do that instead of 3 years in jail). HELP ME!!! What can I do to get this man out of my child's life for GOOD, and let the man who has been there adopt him and give him the life he deserves...thanks!!

I am a 17 year old female and for the past two(?) days, my left nipple has been itchy (but its on and off) and there is a patch of discolored skin on my left as well above my nipple. At first I thought it was a bruise, but I am not sure anymore because when I press it, it doesn't hurt and its more of a brownish yellow color than a purple blackish color. Could these be symptoms of cancer? I've Googled it but I would like more confirmation before I go bother my doctor.

The NHL has used Sidney Crosby for their own $$$$$ enhancment...remember the days when Crosby was untouchable? If you looked at hime the wrong way you got a penalty. If I was Crosby I would take my millions I made from the NHL and tell them to go and pound salt. If I was him I would say goodbye and go to Montreal and coach the kids who play hockey. Hi, my hubby & I have been ttc for over a year now, well this cycle will end on our anniversary, & the next cycle coming will end before my birthday. We track my ovulation, w/ clear blue. But i was thinking of using Geritol Tonic & Robitussin this coming cycle, has anyone used either of those, or both? With my first pregnancy my symphysis pubis split apart on me- it hurt SOOO bad! Every subsequent pregnancy since then my hips have killed. I had to sleep with pillows between my legs and I applied warm packs to the area.

I plan on transferring to Rutgers for the FALL 2012 semester after I leave community college and graduate basic training . I'm a New Jersey resident. Is there no end to the symptoms of Reactive Arthritis.?

I was diagnosed as having seronegative reactive arthritis last July. The initial flare caused me to be bedridden for three months and a spell in hospital. My specialist told me that most patients are recovered within 3-6 months. It caused swelling in most of my joints and a lot of pain. Along with a whole bucket full of other symptoms, mouth ulcers,conjunctivitis along with a nasty rash.Initially I had my knee's drained and was given steroid injections into some of my joints. I am currently taking Paracetamol & dihydracodiene for the pain, doesn't help much. Lansrapole, celexocib, methotrexate and folic acid, I have been taking these for nearly 10 months now and dont seem to be improving much. I still have swollen fingers,wrists, knees,ankles, I have terrible back, shoulder,elbow,ankle, knee pain, it has also left me with three deformed fingers. Just these last few weeks it has presented itself in the right side of my face and is very painful to try and eat, its usually just soup these days., My specialist says all he can do is to see how i am in 4 months time and go from there. I am in constant pain, sometimes I can't even manage to get out of bed. Has anyone else had this and recovered from it. Im only 37 with four active kids who have had to help me dress,bathe etc. For the last ten months it has taken over thier lives aswell. I've had to leave my job and this disease has completely threw my world into turmoil. Is there any hope, does anyone know of any home remedies I could try that may help. The only thing I have found makes me feel 'normal' again is when I go into hospital and they give me steroids on an I V, my Dr won't let me continue with this as its harmul to my liver/kidneys. Any words of advice would be gratefully recieved.

I give them to my dog as well as brushing her teeth. They are highly digestible, have only HEALTHY ingredients, have very low calories and fat, dog's love them, and most of all it cleans there teeth of plaque and freshens their breath.
