How do i report cash income I earned from mowing lawns, junking, etc, on income tax?

i earned about $15,000.00 doing cash side jobs this year for multiple people, yard sales, etc., and want to add it to my taxes. I did not have a license to do business, and kept no records of how i was paid,but want to show the income on my taxes to show a higher income for personal reasons. there is no way to prove I earned the money. Can I do this with a schedule C or C ez? or do i just select other on my 1040?
