Need ideas for a themed resturant's desert?

i work at a bbq and we make homemade deserts to sell. we usually have like cookies and brownies (which get sooo boring people stop buying them) our mascot is also a pig, and one girl made ig faced cupcakes tht sold out in minutes! im looking for a recipe or idea that can either incorporate pigs or a bbq theme, but something that you can also take with you too, because we will be selling them at the counter for people getting to gos. any help is appreciated! :D
