Is er bad for my 5 month old kitten? I was told to give her 1 tsp with a med used to kill ringworms.?

Please answer soon. I still see alot of hair loss .I adopted her from a sheltor .The Vet said to use whipped margerine .I hate fake food .I feel that is junk. So is ER ORANIC OK. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE USED. FOR 3 WEEKS EVERYDAY.STILL HAVE RINGWORM .THE MEDS SHE GAVE HAS 1 MORE WEEK.TO GO.
