Can you help me with ways to help my thyroid?

My doctor misdiagnosed me with hypothyroidism and i was on Synthroid for about nine months. Well now that i was taken off of it my pharmacist said my thyroid isnt working and being lazy and it'll take abit for it to kick back in. Because of this ive been constantly nauseas with no breaks for two weeks. Plus tired and irritable. Are there any ways I can help my thyroid get back to work? And still be friendly to my upset stomach?
