Would you buy a 2 bath house with one remodeled bath and one that isn't?

We are trying to sell our home. Our main bath on the second floor has just been completely renovated (absolutely gutted and re-done.) We have another full bathroom on the first floor that we haven't been able to touch due to budget. It isn't terrible, but it isn't what I would call updated. It is off of an office that is attached to our house but has it's own separate entrance. Howbadly do you think this bathroom would hurt us? We never use it, only the clients that come into the office use it (the office is our current photography studio) and I am uming it wouldn't be the new family's main bath either.
