Wanting to become more then best friends?

I've known this girl since 3rd grade and never started seeing her differently until 7th grade. We try to date in 8th grade and it felt right between me and her she felt the same too. We broke it off but we can't be friends because we always develop into something more and its our freshman year and everything was going fine until about 2 weeks ago. I was going to go talk to my friends at their bus stop after school but I went to go talk to my best friend and me and her started talking she said I could lay my head on her lap and I did and she started rubbing my shoulders and then I got up and I asked her (I was joking) for a back rub and she started giving me one and went down to my hips then I asked for a hand rub and she gave me one then she hugged me and I was talking to my friend when some girl asks me and her if we are dating I was going to say no but my friend says "no we are just really good friends" then before we left she gave me a kiss on the cheek and I left to my bus stop. And she has a 17 year old boy friend that is a senior (he isn't tough she is 14 and he is about to be 18) And before that it was a month ago that homecoming came up she had no one to go with and I asked her if she could go with anyone who would it be and she said me because it would be fun and then she told me she started liking me again. I was unsure what to say so I just said I might like her too and I asked her to homecoming and she thought I wasn't serious(I am one of the funny people in my grade) but she said yes so then I asked her if we are going as friends or something more and then she responded "However close you want to get" that is really when my feelings started coming back and right now I am trying to repress them and I don't think I can hold them back because I want to be around her more. She isn't bad looking I'd say on a scale of 1 to 10 she is about a 8. So can you guys help me?
