You don't need an emancipation. Two words: MOVE OUT! It's as simple as that. Save up your money, get your own place, and live how you want to. You can move out anytime you want to, you're 17. Unless your state has a law against that. If so, try to make it until October. You made it 17 years, how hard is 6 more months?
