Is it legal for a girlfriend to move in with me?

I am 16 years of age, Emancipated, and living on my own in an apartment. My girlfriend wants to move in with me. She is 18. Is that legal? I'm not sure if it's against Emancipation laws or not. If someone has any info, Please let me know!
