How Can I Meet Paris Jackson?

since michael's memorial, paris jackson caught my eye automatically when i saw her...i dont mean to sound perverted...im turning 16 soon and i know shes only 11...but shes not gonna stay that age forever and guys will start jumping on her soon enough..i am wondering how i can meet her or perhaps sent her family a letter about how i feel concerning her..and maybe sometime in the near future i can meet up with her..i have to do this soon before she gets older...then its snowball from there, guys will be all over her...any thoughts..and plese keep in mind i dont want to start a relationship with her now as she is awfully too young but she will get older
