Guys, do you agree: I just love girls for who they are as friends; their compion & their intellectual side?

No I don't agree with you. I do agree that talking to women can be fun or interesting at times (depends on the woman and compatibility, etc) and some women are intellectual and compionate. However, the way you describe your attitude is very feminine and I would subconsciously see you as a pushover. I'm sure most people would feel the same.
