Any Ideas for TTC? Do you think this might work?

Hi, my hubby & I have been ttc for over a year now, well this cycle will end on our anniversary, & the next cycle coming will end before my birthday. I would love to have a bfp for my birthday, but i understand that its been over a year, & i only have a 20% chance. Do you ladies have any suggestions for our attempts this month? We track my ovulation, w/ clear blue. But i was thinking of using Geritol Tonic & Robitussin this coming cycle, has anyone used either of those, or both? If anyone has any "secrets" or "tips" they would be greatly appreaciated. p.s. i tried charting my bbt, but i wake up at different times & was very inacurate...thank you to everyone who answered! Thank You!!:)
