16 years old with 9.5 inch ! ?

Is it normal?!?? I have never done anything and for some reason it's huge! 9.5 inches long and 3inches thick! What's wrong?!? Chemical imbalance? Gnome structures wrong?!? Extra skin?!? I Want to know!
